We assist and advise our clients in all areas of labor and social security law. We help employers comply with administrative formalities prior the recruitment, making for them establishment declarations, workers movement before the Labor Inspectorate and by formalizing their affiliation and registration before the Caisse National de Sécurité Sociale (CNSS). We also represent our clients in matters pertaining to the drafting and negotiation of collective agreements, employment agreements, apprenticeship agreements, internal regulation of companies, foreign worker employment procedures, procedures of individual, collective, and massive dismissal, and issues relating to employer substitution or transfer.

With regard to individual or collective labor disputes, we assist and represent our clients in preliminary conciliation phase before the labor inspectors and/or labor courts.

Assisting clients in drafting contracts of transfer (of financial activity/funds).
