- Advice provided to a client, an insurance company, on the unfounded grounds of compensation to victims subsequent to an accident which occurred in Bukavu, DRC, that resulted in loss of lives and involved a South African aircraft chartered by an American law airline;
- Advice and assistance provided to a client subsequent to an accident occurred on the Kinshasa airport runway, damaging the wing of an aircraft belonging to another airline company ; advice and assistance during the case opened before DRC Civil Aviation Authority, until the authorization for the client’s aircraft to fly again;
- Advice and assistance provided to a client during negotiation of agreements with the DRC government for the construction of a deep sea port in Banana, in the Province of Kongo Central;
- Legal advice and assistance provided to a client during negotiation and drafting of financing agreement for the construction a modern port in Boma in the Province of Kongo Central, in DRC;
- Legal advice and assistance to a Congolese airline company in the preliminary appeal to the Minister of Transport and Communications, requesting the cancellation of the Ministry’s decision to withdraw the client’s operating license;
- Legal advice and assistance provided to a client in the case of seizure of a ship;
- Advice and assistance in the negotiation and drafting of agreements with a view to the conclusion of a partnership between the DRC and a client on the construction of the Kipushi (DRC)—Solwezi (Zambia) road;
- Advice and assistance in the preparation and drafting of agreements with a view to the conclusion of a partnership between a client and the Province of Lualaba for the construction of a road of general interest, from the mining site of the client to the Kolwezi airport.
