After the initial consultation with a client, we do our due diligence to advise the client on the regulatory requirements and legislative framework applicable to the project at hand. After the due diligence , we proceed by further assisting the client in the implementation of the project, namely, by ensuring that the client meets any obligation set by the state regarding the incorporation of subsidiaries of investing companies, the registration of companies with the employment and tax authorities, the acquisition of the authorizations and permits concerning investment projects and/or the issuing of authorizations and conclusions of foreign exchange agreements with foreign exchange or monetary authorities.
