Mr Eric MUMWENA KASONGA BASSU is a Lawyer registered at the Bar of Haut-Katanga since 2004.

He has been a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lubumbashi since 2003 and conducts research in the fields of Environmental Law and Mining Law.

Mr Eric MUMWENA KASONGA BASSU has a proven experience in the conduct of contract negotiations, evaluations and legal audits for the financing or acquisition of large-scale financial projects in the natural resources sector; in the drafting of company and NPO documents, in the elaboration of due diligence on issues relating to multiple legal aspects in relation to legal, regulatory and conventional provisions applicable to each case and in the practice of tax and parafiscal litigation.
