Bernard KANDOLO wa KANDOLO is a lawyer at the Kinshasa / Gombe Bar since 1997 until today. He began his career in 1992 as a legal defender before the Courts of First Instance of the Democratic Republic of Congo, “DRC” and therefore has a total of 29 years of experience in the practice of law.

AREA OF INTERVENTION

In his practice, Maître Bernard KANDOLO wa KANDOLO actively acts as legal counsel in matters relating to:

company law; labor and social security law; law of security interests; family law ; land and real estate law; civil liability law; OHADA law. He also practices legal and administrative litigation by providing advice and legal assistance to numerous clients in negotiations for the amicable settlement of disputes, representation before the Courts and Tribunals of the DRC, including the Court of Cassation, and also the assistance and representation of numerous clients before the arbitration of CCI (Paris).

He has advised and assisted several firms already created in the preparation and implementation of the minutes of Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings, of meetings of the boards of directors or of the boards of Managers, of the decisions of the sole Managers;

Labor law :

Legal advice and assistance to clients in the resolution of labor disputes, conciliations of the parties; Advice and assistance to workers and investors in labor matters;

Security law

Legal advice and assistance to clients in setting up security for mining projects in the DRC;

Legal advice and assistance in setting up land and real estate mortgages to cover the financing of real estate projects;

Family law

Advice and assistance in procedures for obtaining civil status documents, obtaining supplementary judgments during late declarations of birth, death, or marriage, divorce of filiation, acquisition or loss of Congolese nationality, modification, change or cancellation of name, guardianship, adoption, inheritance and gifts;

Land and real estate law

Legal advice and assistance to clients in negotiating and drawing up the conclusions of contracts for the sale and purchase of buildings as well as real estate leases; Carrying out due diligence on the validity and regularity of sales contracts and mortgages on buildings;

Civil liability law

Legal advice and assistance to clients in contracts relating to the contract of rental, sale, loan, deposit, etc.

OHADA law

Advice and assistance to foreign financiers and investors for their projects in the OHADA area; Advice and assistance in the application of new business law;

Litigation practice

Legal advice and assistance to numerous clients in negotiations for the amicable settlement of disputes; Representation before the Courts and tribunals of the DRC, including the Court of Cassation; Advising and assisting many clients before CCI arbitration (Paris);
